Military Students

四虎影院 is a Military & Veteran-Friendly School

At 四虎影院 (MTI), we value the skills veterans learn during military service, including leadership, teamwork, attention-to-detail, and integrity. MTI听has earned the 2022-23designation and meets the criteria.

You can utilize veterans’ education benefits to learn a skill through any of MTI’s eligible MTI’s hands-on skilled trades training programs, such as welding, HVAC/R, medical assisting, dental assisting, and truck driving.

*Please note, MTI’s Springfield, IL Professional Truck Driving Program is not currently approved for VA benefits as of 1/18/2023.

All items listed below must be turned in to the Financial Aid office before benefits can be certified.

四虎影院 will not take any of the four following actions toward any student using U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Post 9/11 G.I. Bill庐 (Ch. 33) or Veteran Readiness and Employment (Ch. 31) benefits, while their payment from the United States Department of Veterans Affairs is pending to the educational institution:

  • Prevent enrollment;
  • Assess a late penalty fee;
  • Require they secure alternative or additional funding;
  • Deny access to any resources (access to classes, libraries, or other institutional facilities) available to other students who have satisfied their tuition and fee bills to the institution.

However, to qualify for this provision, such students may be required to:

  • Produce the VA’s Certificate of Eligibility by the first day of class;
  • Provide written request to be certified;
  • Provide additional information needed to properly certify the enrollment as described in other institutional policies.

*One of the criteria for approval of any school for Veterans’ training is that it reviews prior credit and grant credit as appropriate to a VA student’s current program. This is found in Title 38, Code of Federal Regulations, Sections听and听In essence, this requires every approved school to have and enforce a policy regarding transfer courses, credits, and previous experience; whenever a student initially enrolls, or changes programs a credit evaluation must be completed. VA will review credit evaluations during compliance surveys and credit evaluation records must be kept and made available to VA upon request. Schools should make every effort to obtain transcripts to comply with the requirement to听evaluate and grant credit where appropriate; Military education and training should be evaluated for prior credit.

Current and former members of the Air Force can request transcripts from the听Air Force personnel can obtain their transcript, even if they have not attended classes at the CCAF.
